Prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated and may exclude taxes, shipping, or other charges unless specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. 6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order size, customisation, and logistics. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural events, transport issues, or force majeure). Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery as per the agreed Incoterm or delivery terms. Our Shipping Policy provides further details and is incorporated by reference where applicable.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of many of our products (including custom branding and bulk orders), returns or refunds are subject to our discretion and any specific terms agreed in your order. For standard products, we may allow returns or replacements in accordance with our stated policy and applicable law. Defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly; we will work with you to resolve such issues in good faith.
