We primarily deliver across India. Delivery timelines and charges depend on the destination, order size, and weight. For bulk orders or custom branding, we may use our own logistics or third-party courier/transport partners. International shipping, if offered, will be quoted separately and subject to applicable customs and regulations.
3. Processing and Dispatch
After we receive your order and payment (as per agreed terms), we process and prepare the shipment. For custom or bulk orders, production time is in addition to shipping time and will be communicated in your quote or order confirmation. Once dispatched, we will share tracking details where available so you can monitor your delivery.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may charge additional shipping costs for redispatch. 9. Failed Delivery and Returns
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to us.
